The Hamlets “Rent to Own” Program

The Hamlets East is introducing a unique “Rent to own” program that will get you into a one of our new homes and we structure the lease so your rent payments will build real equity towards its purchase, if you decide to purchase it during or at the end of your lease period.

The program is specifically set-up for discerning buyers who want to seize today’s opportunities, but for one reason or another, cannot yet commit to a purchase. The program is certainly ideal for home buyers relocating into the Cleveland area who may still have a home to sell.  It will be advantageous to anyone who has doesn’t have a home to sell, can afford the monthly cost of a new home, but lack enough of a down-payment to make that decision today. Or it will work for anyone who simply wants to try before they buy — and have the option to secure a new home at today’s advantageous prices. The best part… for those who take advantage of the “Rent to Own” program, if within the first 12 months they decide to purchase, they will be credited at closing $12,000 – $15,000 (depending on home plan selected) toward their home’s purchase and the option to purchase can be extended for a second year, if desired.

Currently, WXZ Residential has three (3) homes available today that range from $2200 – $2500 per month and will have other plans available in 2011 that will start at $1900 per month.  The current homes range from 1650 square feet to 2200 square feet (not including the large full basements).  All homes are beautifully detailed with fabulous finishes.  Currently three different plans are available and they offer either three bedrooms on the first floor or a first floor master bedroom and den with two additional bedrooms upstairs.  They all have luxury baths, granite counters, hardwood and ceramic flooring, full basement, back yard decks and 2 car attached garage.  Lawn and common area maintenance is included in the monthly rent.
