We are introducing a number of new floor plans that will offer lower base prices that will start in the low $200′s. People love our Abbington and Essex plans and we have lowered their base prices to better match the economic times. Also, we are developing several new ranch and two story single family home plans that will be slightly smaller in square footage and will be priced under $250,000. We actually have a number of plans we are considering. We would love to show you the ones we think will be most popular and get your opinion. We encourage you to stop at our models and take a look at them and tell us if they will work for you. Once we determine what are the most favored plans, we will post them here.
