People love our Abbington and Essex plans and we are lowering their base prices to better match the economic times. Also, we are developing several new ranch and two story single family home plans that will be slightly smaller in SF and will be priced under $250,000. We actually have a number of plans we are considering. We would love to show you the ones we think will be most popular and get your opinion. We encourage you to stop at our models and take a look at them and tell us if they will work for you.
