Welcome to the Hamlets of Rocky River-East

The Hamlets of Rocky River-East is a new neighborhood of 18 new homes in an intimate setting that has close proximity to all that Rocky River has to offer. The Hamlets communities consist of two separate, detached neighborhoods, and the first neighborhood built, The Hamlets – West is “sold out”.  Hamlets-East is the newest and final phase and is the only new-construction single family community in Rocky River!  The Hamlets-East is responding to the changed economy and the new home sales environment.  We sense the improvement that is starting to take hold and we are making changes to our product and neighborhood that will truly excite people.  What we are not changing is our distinctive traditional architecture and our high level of construction quality.  In 2011 we are focusing our efforts in three areas:  lower overall base prices that will start under $250,000, additional floor plan offerings and the addition of significant new landscaping and privacy fencing throughout the community.  Our goal is to create a fresh and enticing new neighborhood that has outstanding landscaping and fill it with high-quality, high- value homes that are priced right for today’s new economics.

The Hamlets of Rocky River-East is located on the north side of Center Ridge Road, just one mile west of Wagar Road.  Our model homes are open every weekend from 1- 5.  We hope you will stop out and take a tour, examine our new floor plan offerings and see what is under way with the new community landscaping!
